The Pass has a cafeteria serving snacks and light refreshments. Weather permitting, the cafeteria’s terrace offers access to outside spaces, not far from the play area.
What are the Pass opening times ?
Opening times vary:
During Belgian term times, the Pass is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9am until 4pm; it is also open each Sunday, from 10am to 6pm.
During Belgian school holidays, the Pass is open every day, from 10am until 6pm.

Is the Pass open at weekends ?
The Pass is open each Sunday, from 10am until 6pm. It is also open during weekends in (Belgian) school holidays from 10am until 6pm.

What are the conditions for free entry ?
The Pass is free for children under 4.
For journalists, on presentation of a press pass along with an ID document.
On presentation of the 365- Attractions et Musées card, along with an ID document (valid for 2 people).
On presentation of the ICOM card (only valid for the owner of the card).
Can I buy tickets online ?
Tickets can be purchased online only for individual visitors.
Where do I need to go if I have bought tickets online in advance ?
When you arrive, go to the ticket office; a member of staff will scan your online ticket and provide you with some vital information for your visit.
